30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Dermacells purchase, we will make it right — full refund or exchange, no questions asked within 30 days.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is at least 75% unused (we understand you need to try it)
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during flash sales or with discount codes exceeding 40% off
  • Gift sets and limited edition collections (unless defective)
  • Products that have been fully used

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days after processing
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Store Credit: Instantly available upon approval

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at support@dermacells.in with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different variant or product of equal or greater value (pay the difference). Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
