Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends / public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange re-shipment. Re-delivery charges may apply.
